If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have any questions regarding your order. We are here to do our best to help you. Please read our guidelines below regarding shipping and returns. If you can’t find the answer to your question you can use live chat, call or email us anytime. One of our customer support representatives will be happy to respond back to you within the next 24 hours.
General Shipping & Returns Policy
After placing an order with us and you receive your product. You have 14 days to return your item back to us with a new, unused condition. We will charge a 10% restocking fee on all orders being returned back to us, which will be deducted from the original payment.
All shipping charges including original are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping. Please note. We DO NOT accept returns on used, damaged, or any custom work on all items.
What are your shipping charges?
Here at Steel Fox Firearms we try our best to keep our pricing affordable, competitive and fair. Our shipping fees vary depending on the weight of your product. All shipping costs will be individually estimated upon adding your product in cart and finalizing the checkout process.
Please note: We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes.
Do you have shipping restrictions?
Steel Fox Firearms operates only within the United States of America. We do not ship internationally. We also strictly follow the laws and regulations regarding different states that prohibit or have restrictions against certain types of products and will not ship to your state if your state falls under the restricted list. Please review your state’s restrictions and ensure you can purchase and receive our products before placing an order with us.
Please note that all orders placed by individuals from restricted states will be subject to cancellation. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
How do I cancel my order?
If you place an order with us and for any reason you decide to cancel. Unfortunately it happens from time to time. Please contact our customer service at [email protected] and one of our customer service representatives will get back to you soon as possible. Please not your cancelled order might be subject to re-stocking fee of 10%.
